Program Information

GAMA’s Executive Leadership Cabinet is an informative event that brings together industry leaders in a collaborative way. With a focus on “reinventing distribution,” and “innovation and change,” the Executive Leadership Cabinet is composed of senior home office executives, and top field leaders, representing the industry’s major distribution styles from top companies across the country. These individuals serve as a focus group for GAMA International. Their advice and input help to ensure the relevance and value of GAMA’s programs and services.

Mark has broad and varied experiences in leadership roles and he draws from those experiences to aid in the development of others. He is a retired executive of Northwestern Mutual where he had a 35-year career. During his tenure there he applied his expertise in both sales and field leadership, directing the nationwide Field Recruiting and Field Training and Development functions for the Fortune 500 company. For over 15 years he was in charge of the southern region of the United States for Northwestern Mutual and he was directly responsible for the growth, health and oversite of that region.

Stephanie has been with Prudential for 20 years and is a 3rd generation Prudential employee- both her Father and Grandfather worked for Prudential in the field, as well as her step-mother who was on the Operations staff for almost 20 years. Stephanie’s spends her free time snowboarding, running, paddle boarding and spending time with her family at the beach. Stephanie is originally from San Diego, CA, but currently lives in Oxford CT with her Husband Joe and children Ethan (8) and Laila (6). Stephanie’s husband designs submarines for the Navy in Groton, CT.

Thomas has spent 19 years in the industry including four years with MassMutual as Director of Supervision (2002-2005) and Investment and Annuity Specialist (2013-2014), seven years with HSBC Securities (2005-2012) and has served as the Chief Supervision Officer with The Dodd Group with Northwestern Mutual since 2014. He has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 16 years and has four children Cameron (15), Wyatt (13), Savannah (11), and Brooke (11).

Adam Holt is the Managing Partner of RubinGoldman and Associates one of AXA Advisors’ top firms located in Philadelphia, PA. For the past 20 years Adam has been a wealth management professional instrumental in bringing innovative practice management technologies to his organizations. Adam is the CEO and Founder of Asset-Map; a visual technology platform used by thousands of financial professionals globally to engage clients in a holistic discussion of their financial condition. Adam earned his Bachelors of Science in Economics and Planning from Rutgers University, an MBA from Drexel University and his ChFC designation from the American College.
